Asanda Moloabi is the Founder & CEO of Cradle Impact, Africa’s integrated strategy institution focused on life, enterprise and wealth. She also serves as Co-Founder of Nanda Wellbeing and Co-Founder of Youth Legacy Hub, institutions committed to advancing wellbeing, leadership development and youth transformation across the African continent.
She leads the strategic direction, intellectual positioning and institutional development of Cradle Impact, where her work centres on integrated strategy, leadership development, enterprise growth, wealth stewardship and long-term impact creation across individuals, organisations and ecosystems. Through her leadership, Cradle Impact is building a distinctive African approach to strategy — one that integrates personal transformation, sustainable enterprise and long-term wealth creation in service of healthier, wealthier and more impactful legacies.
Asanda brings over 16 years of cross-border experience spanning investments, financial advisory, entrepreneurship, strategy, project development, research, product development, business process improvement, and sales & marketing. Over the course of her career, she has worked across both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, holding research, analytical, advisory and consulting roles with organisations including TNS Research Surveys, Nedbank Limited and Regiments.
As an entrepreneur, strategist and investor with over 12 years of business and investment experience, she has led and advised ventures across multiple sectors. She facilitates high-level individual and group engagements focused on leadership, personal mastery, wealth creation, business growth and long-term strategic positioning. Her work includes advising founders, executives and emerging leaders, while also serving on the boards of investee and partner organisations.
Asanda holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Business Science degree from University of Cape Town. In further alignment with her work in leadership and strategy, she has completed executive coaching studies through the UCT Graduate School of Business, holds a Global Certification in Company Direction through TheBoardroom Africa, and has undertaken extensive training in financial modelling, strategy and business development.
She is deeply passionate about cultivating socially conscious global leaders and building institutions, businesses and communities that advance social progress, wellbeing and sustainable economic transformation — particularly across Africa. She believes that meaningful impact across profit, purpose and planet can only be achieved through purpose-driven leadership, human-centred strategy and the growth of sustainable, future-focused enterprises.
