Reamogetse Moloabi is the Director of Client Growth & Partnerships at Cradle Impact, Africa's integrated strategy institution for life, enterprise and wealth. She is a strategic client growth and partnerships leader with over 15 years of experience across advertising, integrated communications, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

Her career has been built around helping organisations grow through meaningful client relationships, strategic communication, and the successful delivery of complex, multi-market projects. She has worked across financial services, FMCG, retail, healthcare, food & beverage, and energy sectors, partnering with leading brands and organisations including Absa, Old Mutual, Sanlam, FNB, SAB Miller, PepsiCo, Unilever, Nando's, and Eucerin.

In her current role at Cradle Impact, Reamogetse focuses on client acquisition, strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and business development. Prior to this, she built her career in advertising, holding senior leadership roles at Publicis Groupe Africa, OLIVER Agency, The Hardy Boys, Mortimer Harvey, and MetropolitanRepublic, where she led high-performing client portfolios and managed complex stakeholder environments across multiple industries.

Her experience spans traditional advertising, digital marketing, social media, change management, and regional campaign implementation across Africa and the Middle East. Having collaborated with teams and stakeholders across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, she brings a global perspective, cultural agility, and a deep understanding of navigating complex organisational ecosystems.

She holds a BA in Design (Communication Design) from the University of Johannesburg's Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture (FADA).
