Non-Executive Director
Serves as non-executive director and guest facilitator for our Cradle Impact engagements. His work focuses on leadership development, sustainable enterprise growth, strategic partnerships, economic inclusion and community-centred impact creation across industries, markets and ecosystems.

Boipelo brings over 22 years of cross-sector experience spanning renewable energy, economic development, strategy, enterprise growth, and community transformation across the African continent and beyond.
His entrepreneurial journey began in corporate sales at SABMiller before evolving into a purpose-led career building Pele Energy Group — a values-driven organisation delivering measurable impact across energy, agriculture, water, and community development. Over 15 years of co-founding and growing the Group, he has held leadership roles spanning project development, marketing, operations, and strategic expansion.
In his current role as Pele Energy Group's Chief Strategist & Partnerships Director, he focuses on shaping the Group's strategic direction and forging high-value partnerships aligned with a vision for sustainable, inclusive growth. His work has extended the Group's footprint into South Africa, Mozambique, Costa Rica, South Korea, the UAE, and Latin America — building strategic alliances that are commercially sound, socially transformative, and globally relevant.
He believes in entrepreneurship that embodies ubuntu — building businesses that are collaborative, inclusive, and generative by design. He continues to serve on several boards within and outside of Pele Energy Group, and remains committed to positioning Africa as a driving force in the global sustainability and innovation agenda.
His vision is to continue building and scaling businesses that unlock opportunity, empower communities, and advance sustainable economic transformation across the continent.
